VIJAYAWADA: The Dispute Legislative Assembly handed Andhra Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund (Modification) Bill, 2022, and AP Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies (Modification) Bill, 2022.
Transferring the welfare fund invoice, labour minister Gummanur Jayaram acknowledged the invoice provides for appointing a vice-chairman as member of the Labour Welfare Board to enhance the latter’s functioning and make positive that all welfare schemes come in to each eligible beneficiary with transparency.
