Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd (MCL) Achieves 163 Million Ton
Coal Production Target for 2021-22

Mahanadi Coalfields Restricted (MCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd (CIL) has done the coal production target of 163 million tonne (MT) mounted for the sizzling financial year 2021-22. MCL went previous its target of 163 MT the day old to this, making further efforts to maximize coal production at some level of the last days of the financial year and space a singular milestone.
On Sunday, the company had done its target of 200 Million Cubic Meters (MCuM) for overburden elimination (OBR), which strengthens the company’s future outlook of real recount in coal production to meet the rising ask of fossil gasoline within the country.
With a recount of over 15% in coal production, 21% in despatch and 18% in OBR, MCL is poised to attain unique files at some level of the sizzling financial year.
