Nw: Equity in medical gadgets: honest review

The review will divulge the government on the health affect of ability ethnic and different biases in medical gadgets and make ideas for extra equitable alternatives.

The review is chaired by Professor Dame Margaret Whitehead. Dame Margaret holds the WH Duncan Chair of Public Neatly being at the University of Liverpool. Beforehand, she has led the work of the World Neatly being Group (WHO) Participating Centre for Coverage Overview on the Determinants of Neatly being Equity from 2005 to 2020.Besides to contributing to varied UK and international efforts to address social inequalities in health, she chaired the Self reliant Inquiry into Neatly being Equity for the North of England (the Due North Report).The panel will provide advice to the government by June 2023.


The panel participants are clinicians and academics with skills in health inequalities and equity in diagnostic and synthetic intelligence tools. The panel participants are:
