The Delhi Police has arrested an 18-300 and sixty five days-outdated man from Lucknow in reference to a chat on the Clubhouse app in which objectionable and abusive comments had been handed in opposition to females, officers acknowledged on Saturday. Police acknowledged that a crew was despatched to Lucknow and Rahul Kapoor, who registered himself with the user-ID ‘Bismillah’ on the app, was apprehended.
Kapoor claims that he created an audio chat room on Clubhouse on the instructions of a person, he identified as ‘Sallos‘, Deputy Commissioner of Police KPS Malhotra acknowledged.
The officer acknowledged Kapoor also told the crew that he handed over the chat room’s moderator key to ‘Sallos’.
The 18-300 and sixty five days-outdated’s cell cellular phone has been seized and he’s going to be becoming a member of investigations at Delhi by evening, police acknowledged.
